Kalendr service terms (beta)

1. Access & eligibility

Access is currently invite-only. You may not share credentials outside your organisation. We may revoke access for misuse, security concerns, or unpaid invoices.

2. Platform obligations

• We provide reasonable uptime and support during business hours.
• We will give notice before breaking changes or maintenance where possible.
• Your booking data remains yours; we act as processor when serving your clients.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure you have consent to contact your customers.
• Comply with UK consumer law and data protection when using exported data.

4. Billing

Subscription pricing will be handled through GoCardless direct debit when turned on. Until then we may issue manual invoices. Failure to pay may result in access suspension.

5. Liability

Kalendr is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to UK courts.
